1) Where is Gravity Computers located? Is there a storefront?
Gravity Computers is located in 295-3820 Cessna Drive, Richmond, BC, Canada. Since we focus on corporate I.T. we do not have a storefront, however, we welcome you to drop by and have a chat with us to see our demo configurations and ask us any technological questions.
2) What does Microsoft Certification mean?
Being a Microsoft Certified Partner provides us with the tools and resources we need as a I.T. firm. Currently Gravity Computers is working towards Gold Certified Partner level.
By partnering with Microsoft, we are provided with advanced knowledge of technology and often participate in early beta testing of new software.
This and among other benefits allows Gravity to stay ahead of the Technology Curve, meaning we can keep our clients abreast of all of their future needs.

4) Do you sell Hardware?
Yes, we sell hardware. We don't show our hardware on our website as we prefer to help our clients to select the right equipment for their business needs.
For example, many clients may purchase the first machine they see not realizing that their business required them to have 2 video cards, 1 GB network card and run Vista Business. Our team will ensure that the right selection is made and fits your 3-5 year I.T. plan.
5) What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are from 8 to 6pm from Monday to Friday however, we monitor our clients servers and workstations 24 hours - 7 days a week.
We also operate 24 remote assistance to our managed services clients. Weekends are spent working on special projects which cannot occur over the weekdays.
6) What brands do you offer?
We offer all brands, however, we focus on Intel, Intel Server, Kingston Memory, and Acer systems. If you have a brand requirement or preference, let us know and we'll ensure it will meet your requirements.
7) Why use Gravity's software solutions?
Our solutions have been in use by our clients for the past 12 years. Our solutions are tested in real day to day business use.
Prior this, we have spent tremendous time analyzing our clients needs and wants and how to achieve them. Once we find the best method programmatically, we ensure that we design the solution with the user in mind and that the flow makes sense on the screen.

8) Who buys your software?
Our typical client is coming from an Excel spreadsheet, Goldmine, ACT! or Maximizer and typically use Simply Accounting.
Our clients come to us as these programs are disjoined and that they cannot be altered enough to take full advantage of a relational database. With a true relational database you can analyze what sells the best, how many times has an item been serviced, what are the top reasons for service call, etc. The amount of custom queries you can generate are endless and the power of the information is endless.
Also, no more redundant data entry. Once a person is entered into the system, you never have to enter them again. This saves precious time of data entry but more importantly, reduced time to track a client, a sales person, and more.
