Description

The software developer role is to work with .net 3.5 coding with Visual Studio using Team Foundation server. You will be working with our team and will work on specific tasks and programming pieces. This includes assisting or providing input into planning, designing, programming, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing databases and websites. The person will also diagnose, resolve, and document problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

Strategy & Planning
•Engage in SCRUM meeting we expect your participation in design concepts, ideas, resolution, coding input and more.

Programming
-Ability to grasp concepts, data concepts, and design concepts.
-Help identify shortcomings before they become critical by making appropriate recommendations.
-Recommend improvements to performance of digital business and workflow.
-Ability to ask pertinent questions regarding tasks to ensure that function requirements are met.
-Ability to think outside the box to find solutions to programming problems or feature issues.
-Ability to meet timelines.
-Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Collaborate with relevant groups to conduct due diligence on new technologies, and platforms.
-Maintain clean, documented codes.
-Ability to use and manage your own time using internal database system.


Requirements:
- 2 years equivalent .NET 3.5 programming with experience in MS SQL.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and listening.
- Analytical problem solving skills; linear and logical troubleshooting skills.
- Diploma in Computer/Networking technology or a Microsoft Certification is an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
-Willingness to learn new technologies such as sharepoint, MS CRM, MS GP, Silverlight etc.
