I wanted to acknowledge the excellent work that Gravity has done recently for Sport BC, especially last time when they reconfigured the equipment inside the “cage”.
I also really appreciate the diagram that they put together and the fact that they labelled the individual components and provided passwords, etc. This diagram and the cleaner layout will help immensely with any future troubleshooting. I now feel confident that I know which cable to unplug when troubleshooting or fixing a problem.
Gravity has a very pleasant customer service relationship with the staff at Sport BC and is respectful of their availability during monthly maintenance.
